Note: if you are unable to return an unwanted item within the 30 day limit due to restrictions relating to Covid-19 we will honour a late return as long as the item(s) meet the other terms of our returns policy for example; they are in a new and unused condition in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Please contact our Customer Care team before the end of your 30 day limit to discuss this with us and arrange a late return.
Any unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of your delivery date. The item(s) you wish to return needs to be new; unused; in its original packaging, as it was received by you and in a saleable condition.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Made to order
- Custom products
- Products marked as non-returnable within the product details
- Earrings
- Perishable goods
Extended Christmas Returns
Items purchased on Monday 26th October 2020 up to and including Saturday 12th December 2020 are eligible for extended returns. Items purchased during these dates can be returned up until Monday 11th January 2021. Your returned item(s) will need to be with us on or before the 11th January 2021 to be eligible for a refund. Items purchased after Saturday 12th December 2020 will be subject to our standard returns policy and can be returned up to 30 days later. Normal exclusions and T&Cs apply.
