Our parcels are sent by a courier who requires a signature for your order to be delivered. If you will not be available to accept and sign for the delivery, you can leave delivery instructions at the checkout stages.
For UK deliveries, a calling card will be left to advise that the delivery was attempted and to confirm if the parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or left in a safe place. Delivery will be attempted twice before your parcel is returned back to us.
For deliveries outside of the UK, our courier will attempt delivery once. If they're unable to deliver the parcel, they'll leave a calling card with contact information for you to rearrange the delivery for a convenient time.
