You can check the status of your order by logging into your Amara account and clicking on the 'My orders' tab, please see below for information on what the different statuses mean:
In progress: a lot happens in this stage! Your items are picked from the warehouse and then packaged up carefully to ensure safe arrival at their final destination
Dispatched: your package is now with the designated courier and is on its way to you - if you've selected standard delivery please allow 48 hours for delivery.
When your order has been dispatched we will send you an email with the tracking information.
If you are in the UK you can download the courier apps that enable you to keep a close eye on the progress of your parcels:
Next Working Day: your parcel will be delivered by DPD, you can download their app via the Apple App Store or on Google Play:
Standard Delivery: your parcel will be delivered by Hermes, you can download their app via the Apple App Store or on Google Play:
