As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you'll receive an email that contains a tracking link so you can track the journey of your parcel with our courier partner.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
You'll also receive an email or a text message from the courier that contains tracking details.
Please track your parcel directly with the courier for updates.
You can also check the status of your order by logging into your AMARA account and click on the 'My orders' tab, please see below for information on what the different statuses mean:
In progress: a lot happens at this stage! This is where your items are picked at the warehouse and then packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival at their final destination.
Dispatched: your package is now with the designated courier and is on its way to you.
If the expected shipping date has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please contact us as quickly as possible and one of our dedicated Customer Care Advisors will help track down your parcel.
